The Management, HR, and Menopause Champion Training is a comprehensive workshop designed to equip HR professionals, Managers and workplace Champions with the knowledge and skills to effectively support employees experiencing menopause symptoms in the workplace.

Course Objectives:

  1. Identify best practices for HR and managers to enhance support for employees affected by menopause symptoms in the workplace.
  2. Engage in group discussions to evaluate current support mechanisms in the workplace.
  3. Explore the most common menopause symptoms and their potential impact on employees’ performance and well-being at work.
  4. Share experiences and analyze case studies of conversations and situations between line managers and employees, with a focus on improving outcomes for both parties.
  5. Recognize changes in behavior or performance that may be attributed to menopause and develop strategies to address them.
  6. Understand the structure of conducting 1-2-1 well-being and performance reviews.
  7. Review the support options available and consider appropriate adjustments for employees experiencing menopause symptoms.

This workshop brings together HR, L&D, DEI teams, and management to create a menopause policy.

Participants will discuss the benefits of such a policy, address support requirements for all employees experiencing menopausal symptoms, and understand relevant employment laws.

The workshop aims to prevent potential risks, such as low morale, conflicts, and talent loss. The outcome is a comprehensive, written menopause policy for circulation within the organization.
